The ISC Difference: Solution Implementation

Delivering state-of-the-art communications solutions is only part of our business. At ISC, we also pride ourselves on delivering a state-of-the-art customer service experience.

With this in mind, we’ve designed an industry-leading Customer Experience Lifecycle – a proven, repeatable methodology that encompasses everything from our initial contact forward. We start with a Pre-Sales conversation about your current systems, your current and future needs and show you some of the ways converged IP communications can help. We’ll hold design workshops, develop preliminary designs and give you a general idea of how much you might save based on suggested investments.

Our Pre-Sales and Sales phases define and subsequently refine your needs and designs, developing a specific Statement of Work (SOW) for your business and technology needs. This includes success and acceptance criteria. After the SOW is agreed upon, our Project Management Office builds a formal, precise project plan that ensures that Delivery goes exactly as promised. Once the solution is installed, our ongoing Support services are always available, as much, or as little, as you need them.

The end result: a total solution custom-designed to your environment, delivered as promised, with the support you need to ensure you’re getting full value from your investment.

Project Management Office

The Project Management Office (PMO) is one of the things that really sets ISC apart from the competition. ISC’s Project Management Office employs PMI-certified professionals to coordinate all aspects of our solutions on behalf of our clients. The PMO works seamlessly with Sales to ensure that every promise and every expectation is delivered. They manage all resources, inventory and change orders. They conduct regular client meetings so that everyone knows the status of a given project at all times. They make certain that customers have the documentation and training they need. And they ensure that any questions are answered promptly and correctly. In short, the Project Management Office coordinates all deliverables and manages the Customer Experience Lifecycle to guarantee that our clients get the results they are paying for.

We are one of the few systems integrators in the world with this capability. It’s an integral part of every ISC engagement.

Implementation

Through Pre-Sales, Sales and Project Management, we plan the work. Implementation is where we work the plan. Overseen by our Project Management Office, the Implementation phase is where everything comes together.

Depending on the size and scope of your solution, implementation may take an afternoon or a couple of weeks. It’s important to note that ISC does everything possible to make implementation as fast and efficient as possible while minimizing disruptions to your existing systems. Our goal is for the transition to your new solution to be absolutely transparent to your end-users and your customers.
