We have had some serious issues with our 1 to 1 computer roll out this week. During that entire time, I have been trying to work with Apple Computers through a paid feature we had for our servers getting very little to no responses. Thankfully, the engineer assigned to our sales person was very good about sending “suggestions” that led us in the right direction.

Anyhow, we have been going from o’dark 30 to o’dark thirty trying to roll out laptops and fix this issue, the entire time trying to get assistance from our Server Support at Apple Computers.

We were spinning our wheels, and were hoping for a sounding board or outside reflection you may say. This morning, I call in a favor to Brandon (in e-mail, wasn’t even a phone call) AND within an hour (it was more like minutes) I have a missed call and 2 e-mails from Brandon and one from Leonard. Before the morning passes, Brad and Leonard have been on the phone and the problem is resolved. Our emergency became their emergency and they made us feel that way instantly.

I cannot tell you how much the response and the red carpet ISC sends our way EVERYTIME we call means to us. You folks are the absolute best. A top notch partnership . I don’t know what we would have done this time, and those in the past, without the response times, and genuine concern you have for our District.
