We’ll hold design workshops, develop preliminary designs and give you a general idea of how much you might save based on suggested investments.
Our Pre-Sales and Sales phases define and subsequently refine your needs and designs, developing a specific Statement of Work (SOW) for your business and technology needs. This includes success and acceptance criteria. After the SOW is agreed upon, our Project Management Office builds a formal, precise project plan that ensures that Delivery goes exactly as promised. Once the solution is installed, our ongoing Support services are always available, as much, or as little, as you need them.
